You were on a tin can, and that's the real Navy. I only sailed on large ships - two carriers, a fast oiler, and a sub tender - so I never had to "walk on the bulkheads". But I still got seasick whenever we were off the coast of Washington and Oregon - if you were from PACFLT, you know all about it :)
