You missed one: the Philippines. There’s tens of thousands of Americans living in just Manila, most of whom are naturalized Americans who retired there. What’s more, the only VA outpatient clinic on foreign soil is in Manila, and over 100 hospitals and clinics accept our military health insurance (TriCare). The reason is due to several decades of having large military bases there, and the fact that Filipinos are strongly overrepresented in our Navy (and to a lesser extent, our Air Force).

In all honesty, I am fairly certain that except for Canada and Mexico, there are more American expats in the Philippines than in any other nation.
