Thanks — I appreciate that. Thing is, when you’re part of it, you don’t recognize it for the evil it is. Look at the old pictures of crowds who showed up for lynchings — some surely knew it was murder, but there were mothers there with kids. I think it’s unlikely that any of them really thought what they were doing was evil…though it most certainly was.
