I really thought the Republican Party couldn’t get any worse than their standing ovation for Marjorie Taylor Greene — you know, the newly-minted Congressperson (Q-GA) who (among other things) believed that the Sandy Hook massacre of children was a “false flag operation” and that the California wildfires were caused by Jewish space lasers to “make way for a high-speed railway for the Rothschilds.”

Boy, was I wrong. I had forgotten sci-fi grandmaster Robert Heinlein’s maxim, “Never underestimate the power of human stupidity.” The crown belonging to the world’s most idiotic organization is not resting so easily on Q’s head, for now he faces a serious contender in the form of “Happy Science”, a Japanese religious cult.

See the guy on the right above? That’s Hiroaki “Jay” Aeba, one of the speakers at this week’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC-USA) in Orlando, Florida, the yearly schmooze-and-booze-fest beloved by right-wing media, late-night talk-show hosts, and local perusers of the hornier sections of Craigslist.

Mr. Aeba is the chairman of the Japanese Conservative Union and was the keynote speaker at last year’s CPAC-Japan 2020…
