References, please…because this is starting to sound like how Sweden suddenly had a huge uptick in rapes (which was quickly blamed on brown-skinned and/Muslim immigrants), when the problem was the *definition* of rapes - instead of charging the suspect with one rape no matter how many times he raped the same victim, Sweden began adding an additional charge for every time the suspect raped her…and so it made Sweden look like a hellhole of rampaging rapists.
