Really? First off, she lost her career and she’s pretty much considered kryptonite in Hollywood — according to GOPUSA, she admits she’s been blacklisted.

That doesn’t sound like “impunity” to me, especially given that even very, very liberal Hollywood wants nothing to do with her.

However, when someone on the Right does something like, say, sells missiles to Iran, what does the Right do? They make him a hero and put him on TV. Or haven’t you seen Oliver North lately? The GOP laughing about (mostly) getting away with Iran-Contra was what changed me from a Republican to a Democrat.

But please, tell us more about how reasonable the Right is today, now that the one the GOP loves most claims that windmills cause cancer, wildfires are caused by failures to rake forests (and offers aid to Russia for wildfires while denying aid to California for the same thing), ridicules a POW, mocked a Gold Star family…

…no thank you, this retired Navy man has no desire to follow such an individual, nor will I consider as valid the opinions of those who do follow him.
