Okay…then what possible future is ideal as long as entire races face oppression, lack of opportunity, and police brutality for no other reason than the color of their skin?

If there is no ideal future without correcting those societal failures, then the logic is clear: social justice is *crucial* to an ideal future.

Sure, there’s more to an ideal future than that, what with global warming, sea level rising, civil unrest, food insecurity, and wars…but that in no way lessens the crucial need for social justice, if for no other reason than to minimize civil unrest and food insecurity.
