It didn’t help that Trump claimed to know ISIS better than the generals, and told the Navy to stop planning to build carriers with electric-powered catapults because “they just don’t work”…a claim that this retired Navy engineer finds particularly ignorant.

Of course, he did claim that windmills cause cancer, that global warming was a Chinese hoax, that Putin was being truthful and nearly our entire intel community was wrong, and at least 15K other lies and misleading statements along the way.

At some point in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later), the Right will wake up and realize just how incredibly stupid they had been, to allow a lifelong grifter like Trump to use them to shame and degrade America before all the world.
