I’m sorry, but it seems we’ll have to agree to disagree on this point. All people are naturally suspicious of that which is outside their experience, and this applies to seeing and interacting with those of other races and ethnicities. I even provided a solid example of racism in ancient China, back when very, very few of them had met any whites at all. As I said, racism - like all other negative traits - is found in all races and cultures, and in any given nation, the worst racism will be committed by whichever race or ethnicity is socioeconomically dominant. That does not by any means indicate that the less powerful races or ethnicities will not commit racism, but only that they will commit less (and less egregious) racism.
