I read the same thing this morning, about a diffuse galaxy that did not seem to have that “galaxy rotation problem”, and I thought the same thing you just pointed out. That being said, are the galaxies that don’t seem to have dark matter *all* diffuse? If so, does that mean that they are just forming, and haven’t been able to form and organize, and thus their rotation is yet hindered?
