I can just see the faces of other Whites who read your reply. To them, they would not understand the context you’re using, and the almost-radically different meanings you’re assigning to certain words…and so they’d quickly (and to their minds, rightly) accuse you of racism.
But I think I understand. I think that you’re using the word “whiteness” to refer not only to white supremacy, but also to the enormity of White influence in the world that enables and preserves White privilege. I also think you’re using “Black” to mean not just Blacks, but those of all nonwhite races who have to live in a world where they feel suffocated by the “whiteness” described above.
Am I right?
