Humans can survive quite well in microgravity for many months as astronauts, cosmonauts and now taikonauts have done. But all of them have problems when they come home, like decreased bone density, sight problems from distorted eyeballs, decreased muscle tone no matter how much they exercised, and radiation damage. The effects on any children - and especially unborn children in the third trimester - would be even more deleterious.
Humanity needs gravity near Earth-normal to thrive, and we need shielding from cosmic and solar radiation in order to survive.
