Great article, and I strongly agree with the above suggestion, but as with too many great ideas (like, say, using only the private sector to provide easy and affordable health care for all Americans) the fact that it sounds like a great idea doesn't make it possible in the least.

In a nation where most of us hold the First Amendment to be the most precious of our rights, how do we do remove those averages, especially in a world so deeply woven by the internet?
