And that’s why I said that if English is not your native language, it speaks WELL of you. I COMPLIMENTED you. Unlike most native-born Americans, I’m somewhat bilingual (Tagalog being the other one), so I do have real appreciation and respect for those who are fluent in more than one language. And I’ve often said that English — with all its maddeningly-difficult “exceptions to the rule” — is a stupid language.
The fact that the Czech Republic did well does not by any means excuse the absolute incompetence of how America responded to COVID-19. When comparing the highest rates of infection the worst three nations are American *states* (AZ, TX, and FL), that means that we’re doing something very wrong here.
Again, since you’re of the opinion that COVID-19 is no big deal, that it’s been blow far out of proportion, please point out the last time that hospitals statewide have run out of ICU’s, that health care workers have run out of PPE, and hospitals have had to rent refrigerated trucks as overflows for their morgues.
Answer that, and you’ll have made a better case for your claims. But I don’t think you will. Because I don’t think you can.
